Audit

Project audits enable users to track and review all activities within a project, including data creation and modifications. Each change is automatically recorded as a new audit log entry, ensuring transparency and accountability.

To access the audit log, navigate to the Audit tab of the project interface.

Permissions Requirement

  • Users must have the Audit permission enabled to access the audit tool.

Overview

The audit log displays a chronological list of changes, with the most recent entries appearing at the top. For each entry, the table provides the following details:

  • Time: The timestamp of when the change occurred.
  • Entry Date: The date associated with the modified entry.
  • User: The name of the user responsible for the change.
  • Title: The title or identifier of the modified entry.
  • Note: An optional note offering additional context about the change.

Filtering

Use the filtering options on the left-hand side of the screen to refine the audit log based on specific criteria:

  • User: Display changes made by a particular user.
  • Labels: Filter entries based on associated labels.
  • Date: Focus on changes within a specific date range.

To locate changes to a specific entry, enter the entry’s ID into the Filter field or use the search button (magnifying glass icon) in the corresponding row.

Viewing Detailed Entry Information

For in-depth details about a specific change, click the Information button ((i)) located on the right-hand side of the row. This view provides a comprehensive breakdown of the recorded change.
