Timesheets

Timesheets allows you to track the working hours of personnel on a construction site through automatic time tracking. This feature is linked to tasks and enables tracking of time spent on each task.

Permission Requirements

  • Users must have the Timesheets permission enabled to access the timesheets.

Time Logging by Personnel

For automatic tracking and logging of time, workers use the BAUSW Track application. This app allows them to track time spent on assigned tasks as well as time spent on-site without a specific task assignment.

Attendance Overview

The attendance overview and logged times are available under the Timesheets tab in the project navigation.

Users without administrative permissions will only see data for personnel who belong to the same organization as themselves. Administrators have access to all organizations and can select a specific organization from the dropdown menu.

Similar to diary entries, the attendance overview can be displayed by month, week, or day by clicking on the M (month), T (week), or D (day) options.

Attendance records can be exported to CSV format using the Export button, which exports data for the selected month.

Attendance Overview

The time record format is h:mm:ss (e.g., 1:30:00 means 1 hour and 30 minutes). Approved records are marked with a green checkmark (✓) in the table.

It is also possible to log time off, vacations, etc. This time is displayed in parentheses (e.g., (1:00:00)).

Time Approval

By expanding the record for a specific day and person, a detailed overview of logged times is displayed, with the option to approve or reject the record. Rejected records are not counted in the total attendance time.

Editing Records

Clicking on a record opens a form for editing it. Here, you can change the description, start and end times, or adjust other options.

If the Time Off option is selected, the record will be categorized as time off or vacation, and the time will be displayed in parentheses. The All Day option indicates that the time off lasted the entire day.
